A doctor roll with variable speed and direction capabilities applies coatings with precise control of film thickness. Variable or fixed speed control provides flexibility; and combined with Dubois' unique pivoted roll arrangement, allows for easy changeover.

Automatic Sprayer w/Recovery

Our spray units provide precision coating on wood flooring and other materials, plus the capability for a smooth, consistent finish on uneven surfaces such as trim, mouldings, door jambs, and cabinet components. Our spray units are designed to meet your coating and spraying requirements.

UV Mist Coater

The Dubois UV Mist CoaterTM applies 100 % solid UV coating to Wood Substrates and achieves a Conventional coating appearance. 100 % solid UV coating eliminates all VOCs, reduces exhaust air, which reduces air-make-up, and significantly reduces the amount of valuable floor space required by taking advantage of the UV Curing Process.

MM150 Moulding Sprayer

The High Performance coating capability of the Dubois MM150 automatic sprayer increases production, lowers costs and virtually levels the playing field for small and medium size companies. A throughput speed set at 150 feet per minute will produce a mile of moulding an hour with consistent quality. The chemical resistant chassis, and yellow zinc-plated articulating gun mounts are indicative of the quality that will provide years of dependable service and satisfaction. The 1-hp hazardous location motor is equipped with a variable speed inverter which provides 110v single phase plug-in convenience. The MM150 is designed to accommodate 29” minimum lengths, and 12” maximum widths.
