Horizontal Gun Mover
The Nordson horizontal gun mover is designed for positioning guns a fixed distance from conveyed parts for improved finish consistency and better coverage in a wide range of powder coating applications.
Guns are mounted onto a platform that can be moved horizontally using a pneumatic cylinder and PLC for infinite position.

Servo-pneumatic valve design controls speed and stroke of cylinder to eliminate wobble and provides smoother start/stop action

Variable travel speed and cycle time accommodate different production situations

Automatic and manual versions available for operating flexibility

Use of built-in camfollowers prevents tipping forward during use to eliminate potential operational failure
