The Nordson Sure Coat® manual spray gun system provides operator-selectable, product-specific coating modes that deliver optimal coating performance for a variety of different powder coating applications. Select Charge® technology allows the user to choose the ideal application parameters for high levels of coating quality, efficiency and consistency.
The Sure Coat gun incorporates several features for superior performance and operating comfort: a handle-mounted purge button minimizes the potential for powder build-up and surging: two gun lengths and two handle inserts maximize operating comfort and versatility.
- Automatic Feedback Current (AFC) control provides unmatched performance across the widest range of part profiles
- " Constant-read" gauges on the control display air-pressure and electrostatic parameters even when guns are not triggered on
