Versa-Spray® EXP-100 Control Unit
The Versa-Spray® EXP-100 control unit supplies and controls electrostatic voltage to Nordson model LF-10 (Low Flow) and model HF-10 (High Flow) guns used in exterior pipe coating applications in high ambient temperature environments. It also regulates air and powder flow to the respective pumps used with the LF-10 and HF-10 guns.

Selective control of high-voltage provides electrostatic charge from 30 to 100 kV

Provides efficient, uniform deposition capability with all widely used powder coating materials

Allows use of completely pneumatic powder feed hopper

Dual-function LED bar graph display for continuous monitoring of either kV set point or microamp current output
