Vibratory Box Feeder System
The improved, patented Nordson mobile vibratory box feeder system features an electric vibratory motor that minimizes noise levels typical of pneumatic vibratory motor systems to deliver better overall control and performance.The electric unit is easy to operate, requiring no setting or adjustment of air pressures. A simple flip of the switch readies the system for operation.
- Angled box cradle assembly design
- Innovative fluidizing-assist feature limits operator exposure to powder, preventing unnecessary airborne powder in workplace for cleaner, healthier environment
- For all coating operations, can be used with cartons from 25- to 55-pound (11- to 25-kg) capacity
- Designed for use with all Nordson spray gun and control units
- An electric vibratory box feeder upgrade kit easily retrofits older, pneumatic systems
- A fluidizing-assist upgrade kit is available to adapt an original Nordson box feeder system without a fluidizing-assist version pick-up tube to updated system
