Position: Industrial Outside Sales Representative
Location: Northern Indiana
Responsibilities and Duties:

Visiting customers on a regular, planned basis.

Providing problem solving assistance to customers.
-
Developing strong business relationships at all levels of customer operations.
-
Increasing sales and margins at assigned accounts.
-
Developing sales plans for all major customers.
-
Uncovering and developing new customers.
Qualifications:
-
A college degree or a minimum of four (4) years’ experience selling/marketing technical products to industry.
-
Ability to Perform “hands-on” equipment demonstrations and service
-
Effective communication skills.
-
Proficient with MS office
-
Proven sales skills.
-
The ability to work productively with other associates and vendors; a “team” attitude.
-
A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
Compensation:
-
Base salary and a commission plan.
